Many psychologists and non-verbal analysis enthusiasts think that the best parts of the body to read and the legs and the feet. The reason is simple – many people would want to control their upper body when they are trying to fake their body language and forget how their legs and feet behave.

When you look at another person’s feet, where they are pointed tell you where he really wants to go. For example, if you see them pointed towards the door then you already know that he wants to leave the room. If you are in a party and you see your friend’s feet pointed at a bunch of women in the other corner, then you get the idea that he is interested in talking to them.
